Refund policy
1. OUR COMMITMENT TO EVERY CUSTOMER
At AUVERON, we believe that exceptional customer service begins long before a purchase is made and continues well after an order has been delivered.
Every product we offer is carefully selected with the goal of providing lasting value, dependable quality, and an enjoyable ownership experience.
While we strive to ensure that every order meets our customers' expectations, we recognize that questions or concerns may occasionally arise. When they do, our commitment is to review every request with fairness, consistency, and respect.
The policies have been developed to clearly explain how we review requests relating to orders, shipping, returns, replacements, and after-sales support.
Our intention is to create a transparent customer experience by establishing clear expectations before purchase and applying the same standards consistently to every order.
2. GUIDING PRINCIPLES
Every decision made by AUVERON Customer Support is guided by the following principles:
Fairness
Every customer request is reviewed individually using the information available at the time of review.
Similar situations will be handled consistently to ensure fair treatment for all customers.
Accuracy
Our decisions are based upon verified information rather than assumptions.
Where additional clarification is reasonably required, we may request supporting information before completing our review.
Transparency
We aim to communicate our policies, procedures, and decisions as clearly as possible.
Where a request cannot be approved under, we will explain the applicable policy whenever reasonably possible.
Respect
Every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and professionalism.
We expect the same respectful communication throughout every interaction with our Customer Support team.
Continuous Improvement
Customer feedback plays an important role in improving our products, services, and overall customer experience.
Although not every request may qualify for a return, replacement, or refund, every customer comment is carefully considered as part of our ongoing product evaluation process.
3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
To help ensure a smooth purchasing experience, customers are encouraged to review all product information before placing an order.
This includes, where applicable:
- Product descriptions;
- Product specifications;
- Dimensions;
- Materials;
- Available product images;
- Color options;
- Product features;
- Package contents;
- Any compatibility information provided on the product page.
Customers are also responsible for ensuring that:
- The shipping address entered during checkout is complete and accurate;
- The selected product, color, variation, and quantity are correct before submitting the order;
- The contact email provided during checkout remains available for order-related communication.
Reviewing this information before purchase helps reduce misunderstandings and allows AUVERON to process every order as accurately as possible.
4. PRODUCT EXPECTATIONS
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images accurately represent the products offered for sale.
However, customers should understand that certain characteristics may naturally vary without indicating a manufacturing defect.
Examples may include:
- Minor variations in color due to individual screen settings or display technology;
- Slight differences in texture or finish resulting from manufacturing processes;
- Natural characteristics of genuine materials where applicable;
- Measurements that vary within reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
Such variations do not affect the intended functionality of the product and are not, by themselves, considered manufacturing defects.
5. SUPPORT PHILOSOPHY
Our objective is not simply to approve or decline requests.
Our objective is to understand each situation, review the available information carefully, and provide an appropriate resolution that is consistent with this policy.
Depending on the circumstances, a resolution may include:
- Providing additional product guidance;
- Answering questions about product features;
- Assisting with troubleshooting where applicable;
- Reviewing a quality-related concern;
- Providing replacement instructions where appropriate;
- Reviewing eligibility for a return or refund in accordance with the applicable policy.
Every request is evaluated individually using the standards described throughout this policy.

"Case Review" means an individual assessment conducted by AUVERON where eligibility cannot reasonably be determined solely by reference to the general provisions of this Policy.
Each Case Review will consider the specific circumstances, supporting information, applicable Product category, and any relevant consumer protection laws.
6.23 Applicable Law
"Applicable Law" means any mandatory consumer protection legislation, regulations, or legal requirements that apply to the purchase or sale of Products and that cannot legally be excluded or limited by this Policy.
INTERPRETATION
The definitions contained in this Section apply throughout this Return & Refund Policy unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
Where a Product Category-Specific Condition conflicts with a general provision of this Policy, the Product Category-Specific Condition shall prevail to the extent of that conflict unless otherwise required by Applicable Law.
Section headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of this Policy.
If any provision of this Policy is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under Applicable Law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. GENERAL REVIEW STANDARDS
Every customer request is reviewed individually.
AUVERON evaluates each request using the information available at the time of review together with the standards established throughout.
The same review principles are applied consistently regardless of the product purchased, order value, or purchase history.
Providing complete and accurate information helps us review requests more efficiently and reduces unnecessary delays.
Where additional information is reasonably required to understand or verify a request, AUVERON may ask the customer to provide Supporting Evidence before a decision is made.
If the available information is insufficient to reasonably evaluate a request, AUVERON may be unable to determine whether the request qualifies under the applicable policy.
Whenever reasonably possible, customers will be informed if additional information is needed before a final decision is reached.
8. PURPOSE
This section explains the circumstances under which AUVERON may review requests for returns, replacements, or refunds.
Its purpose is to provide a clear, transparent, and consistent framework for resolving after-sales requests while ensuring that similar situations are handled consistently.
Each request is assessed individually using the standards defined throughout this policy.
Approval is based on the facts of the individual request and the applicable provisions of this policy.
9. GENERAL ELIGIBILITY
To be considered for review, a customer should:
- Contact AUVERON within thirty (30) calendar days of the Delivery Date;
- Provide valid Proof of Purchase;
- Describe the issue with reasonable detail;
- Provide Supporting Evidence where reasonably requested;
- Wait for written Return Authorization before sending any product.
Meeting these requirements allows AUVERON to evaluate the request efficiently but does not automatically guarantee approval of a return, replacement, or refund.
10. ELIGIBLE CIRCUMSTANCES
AUVERON may review a request for a return, replacement, or refund when the reported issue falls within one or more of the circumstances described below.
Each request is assessed individually based on the information provided and any Supporting Evidence obtained during the review process.
The circumstances listed below describe the situations that may qualify for review. Approval is not automatic and remains subject to verification under this policy.
10.1 Verified Manufacturing Defect
A request may qualify for review where the product contains a verified Manufacturing Defect as defined in Section 6.
Examples may include:
- Defective stitching affecting normal use;
- Broken hardware upon arrival;
- Detached structural components;
- Functional failure present upon first normal use;
- Material failure that existed prior to shipment.
Where appropriate, AUVERON may request photographs, videos, or additional information before determining whether the reported issue constitutes a Manufacturing Defect.
10.2 Verified Shipping Damage
A request may qualify where the product was damaged during transportation before delivery.
Customers are encouraged to report Shipping Damage as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Where available, customers should retain the original shipping carton and packaging materials until the review has been completed.
Supporting Evidence may include:
- Photographs of the shipping carton;
- Photographs of the damaged product;
- Photographs of the shipping label;
- Photographs showing the condition of the internal packaging.
10.3 Verified Fulfillment Error
A request may qualify where AUVERON verifies that the delivered product does not correspond with the confirmed order.
Examples include:
- Incorrect product;
- Incorrect variation;
- Incorrect color resulting from fulfillment;
- Incorrect quantity.
10.4 Missing Components
A request may qualify where a product is delivered without components that were clearly identified on the product page as included with the purchase.
Where appropriate, AUVERON may request photographs of all items received before determining the appropriate resolution.
10.5 Other Verified Operational Errors
Where AUVERON determines that an operational error directly affected fulfillment of the customer's order, an appropriate resolution may be considered based upon the individual circumstances.
11. CIRCUMSTANCES GENERALLY NOT ELIGIBLE
To ensure consistent treatment of all customers, certain situations are generally outside the scope of this Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy unless otherwise required by applicable law.
11.1 Personal Preference
A request is generally not eligible when the product:
- Matches its published description;
- Performs as intended;
- Contains no verified Manufacturing Defect;
- Contains no verified Fulfillment Error; and
- Contains no verified Shipping Damage,
but the request is based solely upon Personal Preference.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- The style is not preferred;
- The design is not preferred;
- The closure type is not preferred;
- The recipient does not wish to use the product;
- The customer expected a different feel or appearance despite the product matching its published description;
- The product was purchased as a gift and is not suitable for the recipient's personal preferences;
- The customer changes their mind after purchase;
- The product is no longer wanted.
11.2 Suitability For Individual Needs
Individual needs, habits, preferences, comfort, dexterity, or intended methods of use vary from person to person.
Where a product matches its published description and functions as intended, a request will not normally qualify solely because the product is not suitable for a customer's individual circumstances or preferred method of use.
11.3 Purchasing Decisions
Requests are generally not eligible where they arise because:
- The customer ordered the wrong product;
- The wrong variation was selected during checkout;
- The customer later prefers another product;
- The customer no longer requires the item;
- Multiple products were purchased for comparison.
11.4 Product Expectations
A request will not normally qualify solely because a customer expected characteristics different from those accurately described on the product page.
Customers are encouraged to review all available product information before completing their purchase.
11.5 Normal Wear And Tear
This Policy does not cover deterioration reasonably expected through ordinary use over time.
Examples include:
- Gradual aging of materials;
- Minor cosmetic changes;
- Surface marks consistent with normal handling;
- Ordinary wear resulting from regular use.
11.6 Customer-Caused Damage
Requests are generally not eligible where the reported issue results from:
- Accidental damage after delivery;
- Improper storage;
- Improper cleaning;
- Misuse;
- Unauthorized repair;
- Unauthorized modification;
- Improper handling;
- Use inconsistent with the product's intended purpose.
11.7 Unauthorized Returns
Products returned without prior written Return Authorization fall outside AUVERON's standard return process.
Customers should wait for written return instructions before sending any product.
11.8 Requests Submitted Outside The Review Period
Requests submitted more than thirty (30) calendar days after the Delivery Date are generally outside the review period unless otherwise required by applicable law.
12. EVIDENCE REQUIREMENTS
To review a request fairly and accurately, AUVERON may request Supporting Evidence reasonably necessary to understand the reported issue.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
- The order number;
- Photographs of the complete product;
- Close-up photographs of the reported issue;
- Photographs of the shipping carton;
- Photographs of shipping labels;
- A short video demonstrating the reported issue;
- Additional written information reasonably necessary to complete the review.
Supporting Evidence requested by AUVERON should accurately represent the condition of the product at the time the issue is reported.
Failure to provide sufficient Supporting Evidence may prevent AUVERON from determining whether a request qualifies under this Policy.
13. REVIEW PROCESS
Every request progresses through the following review stages:
Stage One - Request Received
AUVERON acknowledges receipt of the customer's request.
Stage Two - Preliminary Review
The available information is reviewed to determine whether additional Supporting Evidence is reasonably required.
Stage Three - Verification
Where necessary, Supporting Evidence is reviewed to determine the nature of the reported issue.
Stage Four - Decision
AUVERON determines whether the request qualifies under this policy.
Stage Five - Resolution
If approved, AUVERON will provide the appropriate next steps, which may include return instructions, replacement arrangements, refund processing, or another suitable resolution based on the verified circumstances.
14. RETURN AUTHORIZATION
To ensure accurate identification and efficient processing of approved returns, every eligible return must receive written Return Authorization from AUVERON before any product is shipped.
Return Authorization confirms only that the return request has been reviewed and approved to proceed through the return process. It does not constitute final approval of a refund or replacement.
14.1 Requesting Return Authorization
Customers should contact AUVERON by email and provide:
- Proof of Purchase;
- A clear description of the reported issue;
- Supporting Evidence requested under this policy.
Where additional information is reasonably required, AUVERON may request further clarification before completing the review.
14.2 Issuing Return Authorization
If a request qualifies under this policy, AUVERON will provide written Return Authorization together with any applicable return instructions.
Return instructions may include:
- The approved return address;
- Packaging instructions;
- Shipping instructions;
- Any documentation reasonably required for processing.
Only products specifically approved under the issued Return Authorization should be returned.
14.3 Unauthorized Returns
Products returned without written Return Authorization fall outside AUVERON's standard return process.
Because unauthorized shipments may not contain sufficient identifying information, AUVERON cannot guarantee timely identification or processing of such shipments.
15. RETURN SHIPPING
Where a return has been approved, customers should follow the return instructions provided by AUVERON.
Products should be packaged securely to reduce the risk of damage during return transportation.
Customers are encouraged to retain proof of shipment and any available tracking information until the return process has been completed.
15.1 Responsibility For Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or where the return results from a verified Manufacturing Defect, verified Shipping Damage, or verified Fulfillment Error, customers are generally responsible for the cost of returning approved products.
15.2 Risk During Return Transit
Until the approved return is received at the designated return location, responsibility for the return shipment remains with the shipping carrier and the sender.
For this reason, AUVERON recommends using a shipping service that provides shipment tracking.
16. INSPECTION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
Every approved return is subject to inspection after arrival.
Inspection is performed to verify that the returned product corresponds with the approved request and remains consistent with the information provided during the review process.
16.1 Inspection Criteria
Where applicable, AUVERON may inspect:
- Product identity;
- Product condition;
- Reported issue;
- Completeness of returned components;
- Consistency with Supporting Evidence previously provided;
- Evidence of misuse;
- Evidence of accidental damage after delivery;
- Evidence of unauthorized modification.
16.2 Inspection Outcome
Following inspection, AUVERON will determine the appropriate resolution based upon the verified findings.
If material differences are identified between the approved request and the returned product, AUVERON will notify the customer before concluding the review.
17. AVAILABLE RESOLUTIONS
Where a request qualifies under this policy, AUVERON may provide one or more of the following resolutions, as appropriate to the verified circumstances.
17.1 Replacement
Where product availability permits, AUVERON may provide a replacement product when a verified Manufacturing Defect, Shipping Damage, or Fulfillment Error has been confirmed.
17.2 Refund
Where a refund is determined to be the appropriate resolution, the refund will normally be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Actual processing times may vary depending upon the customer's payment provider or financial institution.
17.3 Alternative Resolution
Where appropriate, AUVERON and the customer may mutually agree upon another reasonable resolution suitable for the verified circumstances.
Any agreed alternative resolution will be considered full resolution of the specific issue addressed by that agreement.
18. REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are initiated after the review process has been completed and, where applicable, after inspection of the returned product.
Once a refund has been initiated by AUVERON, the time required for funds to appear in the customer's account is determined by the relevant payment provider or financial institution and is outside AUVERON's direct control.
19. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Customers may request cancellation before an order enters the fulfillment process.
While AUVERON will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests submitted promptly, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has commenced.
If an order has already been shipped, any subsequent request will be reviewed under the applicable provisions of this policy.
20. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION
AUVERON is committed to responding to customer inquiries professionally, respectfully, and in a timely manner.
Customers are encouraged to include sufficient information in their initial contact to assist with efficient review, including:
- Order number;
- Name used for the order;
- Description of the request;
- Supporting Evidence where applicable.
Providing complete information at the outset helps reduce unnecessary delays and allows requests to be reviewed more efficiently.
21. POLICY INTERPRETATION
This policy establishes AUVERON's standard operating framework for reviewing customer requests relating to returns, replacements, and refunds.
Each request is evaluated individually using the definitions, principles, and procedures described throughout this policy.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Where a provision of this policy conflicts with mandatory legal requirements applicable to a particular purchase, the applicable legal requirement will prevail only to the extent required.
22. POLICY UPDATES
AUVERON may update this policy periodically to reflect operational improvements, changes to customer service procedures, or changes in applicable legal requirements.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the version of this policy published at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that purchase.
Customers are encouraged to review the current version before placing an order.
23. PRODUCT CATEGORY-SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
The following product category-specific conditions supplement and form part of this Return & Refund Policy. These provisions apply in addition to all other sections of this Policy. Where a category-specific condition applies, it shall take precedence over any general provision relating to the same subject, except where prohibited by applicable law.
23.1 Apparel & Clothing
Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable size guide, garment measurements, fit information, fabric composition, and care instructions before placing an order.
Because sizing standards vary between manufacturers and individual body shapes differ, AUVERON cannot guarantee that a selected size will provide the desired fit for every customer.
Returns, refunds, or exchanges will generally not be accepted for:
- Incorrect size selection;
- Personal fit preference;
- Style preference;
- Color preference where the delivered item matches the product listing;
- Comfort preference.
- Products are not eligible for return if they:
- Have been worn other than for reasonable fitting purposes;
- Have been washed, cleaned, altered, ironed, or repaired;
- Show signs of wear;
- Contain stains, makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, smoke, detergent odors, or pet hair;
- Are missing original tags, labels, protective packaging, or accessories.
Minor differences in fit resulting from individual body shape, posture, or personal preference do not constitute manufacturing defects.
23.2 Footwear
Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide before purchasing.
Footwear that has been worn outdoors or shows signs of normal use, sole wear, creasing, scratches, or scuff marks is not eligible for return unless a verified manufacturing defect exists.
Normal variations in comfort, cushioning, flexibility, or personal fit preference do not constitute product defects.
23.3 Leather Goods
This section applies to products including, but not limited to:
- Wallets
- Handbags
- Belts
- Card Holders
- Leather Accessories
- Genuine leather is a natural material and may display unique characteristics including:
- Natural grain variations;
- Wrinkles;
- Texture differences;
- Minor color variations;
- Natural markings.
These characteristics are inherent to genuine leather and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
Personal preference regarding leather texture, appearance, softness, stiffness, closure mechanism, or overall design does not qualify the product for return or refund where the product has been delivered as described.
23.4 Cosmetics, Skincare & Beauty Products
Due to hygiene and product safety considerations, cosmetics, skincare, beauty, and personal care products cannot be returned once:
- Opened;
- Used;
- Tested;
- The protective seal has been removed or damaged.
Customers are encouraged to review all available product information, including ingredients, shade descriptions, product size, directions for use, and warnings before purchasing.
Individual skin reactions, allergies, sensitivities, or personal suitability vary from person to person and do not automatically indicate that a product is defective.
23.5 Jewelry & Fashion Accessories
For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry cannot be returned once opened unless they arrive with a verified manufacturing defect.
Minor variations in finish, plating tone, handcrafted details, or natural materials shall not be considered defects where consistent with the product description.
23.6 Home Decor
Home decor products manufactured using natural materials or handmade processes may exhibit reasonable variations in:
- Color;
- Texture;
- Grain;
- Pattern;
- Finish;
- Dimensions.
Such variations are considered part of the product's individual character and shall not constitute manufacturing defects.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions before purchase to ensure suitability for their intended space.
23.7 Furniture & Large Home Goods
Customers are responsible for reviewing:
- Product dimensions;
- Weight;
- Assembly requirements;
- Installation requirements;
- Space requirements;
- Material descriptions.
Furniture that has been assembled, installed, modified, drilled, painted, cut, or otherwise altered after delivery is not eligible for return unless a verified manufacturing defect existed prior to assembly.
Minor natural variations in wood grain, color, texture, stone pattern, or handcrafted finishes shall not be considered defects.
23.8 Electronics & Electronic Accessories
Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility with their intended devices before purchase.
Returns will generally not be accepted for incompatibility resulting from unsupported devices, incorrect installation, software modifications, unauthorized repairs, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions.
Products damaged through improper installation, power surges, accidental damage, liquids, or misuse are not covered under this Policy.
23.9 Personalized & Custom-Made Products
Products customized specifically for a customer, including but not limited to:
- Names;
- Initials;
- Engravings;
- Custom text;
- Personalized images;
- Special design requests;
cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they contain a verified manufacturing defect or production error attributable to AUVERON or its fulfillment partners.
23.10 Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable files, software licenses, activation keys, digital memberships, and other electronically delivered products are non-refundable once access has been granted, downloaded, activated, or delivered.
23.11 Pet Products
Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their pet's size, breed, age, and intended use.
Products showing evidence of chewing, scratching, excessive wear, contamination, or misuse after delivery are not eligible for return unless a verified manufacturing defect exists.
23.12 Seasonal & Clearance Products
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, products clearly identified as:
- Final Sale;
- Clearance;
- Closeout;
- End-of-Season;
- Clearance Event;
may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange except where the product arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or fulfillment error.
23.13 General Application
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all category-specific conditions above operate together with the remaining provisions of this Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in this Section limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
24. CUSTOMER PURCHASE RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product information provided on our website before completing their purchase.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they have had the opportunity to review the information made available for the selected product.
Depending on the product category, customers are responsible for reviewing, where applicable:
- Product descriptions;
- Product specifications;
- Product dimensions;
- Size charts and garment measurements;
- Material composition;
- Product photographs;
- Available product variations;
- Color options;
- Package contents;
- Compatibility information;
- Care instructions;
- Installation or assembly requirements;
- Product warnings;
- Safety information;
- Intended use;
- Product limitations.
Customers are also responsible for ensuring that the selected product is appropriate for their intended use before placing an order.
Failure to review the information made available prior to purchase does not, by itself, constitute grounds for a return, refund, replacement, or exchange.
If customers are uncertain about any aspect of a product before purchasing, we encourage them to contact AUVERON Customer Support for clarification prior to placing an order.
25. PRODUCT SUITABILITY & INDIVIDUAL CIRCUMSTANCES
AUVERON strives to provide accurate product descriptions and specifications to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
However, individual preferences, expectations, physical abilities, medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, mobility, dexterity, strength, body shape, skin type, living environments, intended use, and other personal circumstances vary significantly from one individual to another.
Unless expressly stated on the relevant product page, AUVERON does not represent or warrant that a product will be suitable for every individual's particular personal circumstances or intended purpose.
A product shall not be considered defective solely because it does not meet a customer's personal preferences or individual requirements where the product has been delivered substantially as described.
Examples may include, but are not limited to:
- Personal style or aesthetic preference;
- Comfort preference;
- Size or fit preference;
- Body shape or body proportions;
- Skin type or cosmetic preference;
- Individual allergies or sensitivities;
- Dexterity, grip strength, mobility, or physical limitations;
- Medical conditions affecting the use of a product;
- Intended use differing from the product's normal purpose;
- Compatibility with products or equipment not identified as supported;
- Home décor preferences or interior design expectations;
- Personal expectations regarding texture, firmness, weight, flexibility, or appearance.
Where the product has been accurately described and no verified manufacturing defect, fulfillment error, or shipping damage exists, dissatisfaction arising solely from individual suitability or personal circumstances will generally not qualify the product for return, refund, replacement, or exchange.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
26. PRODUCT CATEGORY ELIGIBILITY MATRIX
The following table provides a general summary of how this Return & Refund Policy applies to common product categories sold by AUVERON.
This matrix is intended as a general reference only and should be read together with the complete Return & Refund Policy, including all category-specific conditions.
Final eligibility will always depend on the specific circumstances of each case, the condition of the product, and applicable consumer protection laws.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
This Eligibility Matrix is provided as a general guide only.
Meeting one criterion in this table does not automatically guarantee approval of a return, refund, replacement, or exchange.
Every request is individually reviewed based on:
- The complete circumstances of the request;
- The condition of the product;
- Supporting evidence provided;
- Compliance with this Return & Refund Policy;
- Applicable consumer protection laws.
AUVERON reserves the right to request reasonable supporting information before determining eligibility for any return, refund, replacement, or exchange request.
27. POLICY ABUSE, MISUSE & FAIR USE
AUVERON is committed to providing fair, transparent, and reasonable customer service. Likewise, we expect our Return & Refund Policy to be used fairly and in good faith by all customers.
To ensure that our policies remain sustainable and equitable for every customer, AUVERON reserves the right to investigate, decline, limit, or refuse requests that reasonably appear to involve misuse of this Policy, fraudulent activity, or conduct inconsistent with its intended purpose, where permitted by applicable law.
Examples may include, but are not limited to:
- Repeated return requests demonstrating a pattern inconsistent with normal consumer purchasing behavior;
- Providing false, misleading, altered, or incomplete information during a return, refund, replacement, or warranty request;
- Intentionally misrepresenting the condition, quality, functionality, or delivery status of a product;
- Returning products that differ from those originally supplied by AUVERON;
- Returning products with missing components, accessories, manuals, packaging, or items originally included with the purchase;
- Returning products that have been intentionally damaged, modified, repaired, disassembled, or altered after delivery;
- Attempting to obtain multiple refunds, replacements, credits, or compensation relating to the same purchase without legitimate justification;
- Refusing to cooperate with a reasonable product quality review where supporting information has been requested;
- Filing payment disputes or chargebacks after accepting an agreed resolution from AUVERON without first contacting us regarding any remaining concerns;
- Attempting to circumvent this Return & Refund Policy by providing inaccurate information or submitting claims that are materially inconsistent with the available evidence.
Where reasonably necessary to review a request, AUVERON may ask customers to provide supporting information, including but not limited to:
- Photographs;
- Videos;
- Product labels;
- Packaging;
- Shipping materials;
- Order information;
- Proof of purchase;
- Other information reasonably relevant to the review.
Failure to provide information reasonably necessary to assess a claim may affect our ability to determine eligibility under this Policy.
Nothing in this Section limits the rights of customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
AUVERON will always review each request individually, fairly, objectively, and in good faith before making a final decision.
28. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES AFTER DELIVERY
To help us resolve any post-delivery issues fairly and efficiently, customers are expected to take reasonable care of the product and cooperate with AUVERON during any return, replacement, refund, warranty, or product quality review.
Customers are responsible for:
28.1 Inspecting the Product
Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery to verify that:
- The correct product has been received;
- The product is complete;
- The product appears free from visible shipping damage;
- The product matches the order placed.
If any issue is identified, customers should notify AUVERON as soon as reasonably possible.
28.2 Retaining Original Packaging
Where reasonably possible, customers should retain:
- Original packaging;
- Product labels;
- Protective materials;
- Included accessories;
- Instruction manuals;
- Warranty cards (if applicable).
These materials may be requested to assist with product identification or investigation.
Failure to retain original packaging will not automatically invalidate a customer's rights where prohibited by applicable law, but may affect our ability to process certain requests efficiently.
28.3 Taking Reasonable Care
Until a return, replacement, or warranty request has been resolved, customers should take reasonable care of the product.
Customers should avoid:
- Further use after discovering a suspected defect where continued use may worsen the condition;
- Intentional damage;
- Unauthorized repairs;
- Product modification;
- Disassembly unless instructed by AUVERON or required for normal installation.
28.4 Providing Supporting Information
Where reasonably necessary to assess a request, customers may be asked to provide supporting information such as:
- Photographs;
- Videos;
- Product labels;
- Packaging;
- Order information;
- Proof of purchase;
- Other information reasonably related to the request.
This information helps AUVERON investigate requests accurately and provide an appropriate resolution.
28.5 Cooperation During Investigation
Customers are expected to cooperate reasonably during any review by:
- Responding to reasonable requests for information;
- Providing accurate and truthful information;
- Following reasonable return instructions where applicable;
- Allowing AUVERON a reasonable opportunity to investigate the reported issue before initiating alternative remedies.
28.6 Product Condition
Unless the reported issue involves a verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage, products should be returned, where applicable, in substantially the same condition in which they were received.
Normal inspection necessary to evaluate a product is acceptable; however, excessive use, modification, misuse, or avoidable damage after delivery may affect eligibility under this Policy.
28.7 Accurate Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information throughout the purchasing process, including:
- Shipping address;
- Contact information;
- Product selection;
- Size selection (where applicable);
- Product variations;
- Other information reasonably necessary to complete the order.
AUVERON cannot be responsible for delays, additional costs, or delivery issues resulting solely from inaccurate information supplied by the customer.
28.8 Fair Communication
AUVERON values respectful and constructive communication.
We are committed to treating every customer fairly, professionally, and with respect, and we respectfully ask that all communications remain courteous and made in good faith to help us reach the most appropriate resolution.
28.9 Good Faith Cooperation
Both AUVERON and its customers share a mutual interest in resolving concerns fairly and efficiently.
By working together in good faith and providing accurate information, most issues can be resolved promptly and without unnecessary delay.
